Balaji Tours & Travels provides taxi services, private car rentals, sightseeing tours, airport transfers, and outstation travel. All services are subject to availability and confirmation at the time of booking.

We reserve the right to refuse service in case of misuse, unsafe behavior, or violation of these terms.

2. Booking and Confirmation

• Bookings can be made through phone calls, WhatsApp, or any available booking platform.
• A booking is confirmed only after we receive full or partial payment as discussed at the time of booking.
• Vehicle type and driver are assigned based on availability.

3. Pricing and Payments

• All prices are shared clearly before confirming the booking.
• Prices depend on distance, duration, vehicle type, and route.
• Any extra charges such as tolls, parking fees, state taxes, or night charges (if applicable) will be informed in advance.
• Payments must be made in full before or after the trip as agreed during booking.

4. Cancellation Policy

• If you need to cancel a booking, please inform us as early as possible.
• Cancellation charges may apply depending on the time of cancellation and type of service booked.
• No refund will be provided for last-minute cancellations or no-shows unless discussed earlier.

5. Passenger Responsibilities

• Passengers are requested to be on time at the pickup location.
• Customers must carry valid identification during travel if required.
• Any damage to the vehicle caused by the passenger will be charged accordingly.
• Alcohol consumption, smoking, or illegal activities inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited.

6. Driver and Vehicle Policy

• Our drivers are experienced and trained to provide safe travel.
• We do our best to provide clean and well-maintained vehicles.
• In case of any unavoidable situation such as vehicle breakdown, traffic issues, or weather conditions, we will try to provide an alternative solution.

7. Delays and Unforeseen Situations

Balaji Tours & Travels is not responsible for delays caused due to traffic, road conditions, weather issues, strikes, or any circumstances beyond our control.

8. Luggage Policy

• Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings.
• We are not responsible for loss or damage to luggage during the trip.
• Please ensure your luggage fits the vehicle type you have booked.

9. Outstation and Long Trips

• For outstation trips, daily driver allowance, tolls, parking charges, and state taxes may apply.
• The route and travel plan should be discussed and confirmed before the journey starts.
